View Devices

You can view devices on the Device Monitor page.

Procedure

  1. In the Polycom Device Management Service for Enterprise portal, go to Device Monitor.
  2. Review the following device information:
    Field Description
    Status The state of the endpoint. Possible values include:
    • Device Online
    • Device Offline
    • License status
      • Licensed
      • Unlicensed
      • No Licensed Needed
    • Call status (only available with Polycom Cloud Relay deployed)
      • In call
      • Call Idle
    • SIP registration status (only available with Polycom Cloud Relay deployed)
      • SIP Registered
      • SIP Partial Registered
      • SIP Unregistered
      • SIP Unknown
    • Polycom Cloud Services status (only available with Polycom Trio)
      • Polycom Cloud Services Online
      • Polycom Cloud Services Offline
      • Polycom Cloud Services Cloud Unregistered
    • Alexa for Business status (only available with Polycom Trio)
      • Alexa for Business Ready
      • Alexa for Business Pending
      • Alexa for Business Offline
      • Alexa for Business Unregistered
      • Alexa for Business Deregistered
    Device Name The assigned name of the device.
    Model The model of the device.
    MAC The MAC address of the device.

    Public IP

    The IP address assigned to the device.
    Private IP (Only available with Polycom Cloud Relay deployed) The private IP address that you give to the device.
    SIP URI (Only available with Polycom Cloud Relay deployed) A SIP URI is the address used to call another person via SIP. In effect, it’s a user’s SIP device number.
    Site Name The name of the site that the device belongs to.
    Software Version The software version of the device.
