Polycom endpoints running UC Software or OBi Edition software can report daily call quality status and call data to the PDMS-SP portal.

You must configure the parameters and license on the Polycom devices that are making the phone report to PDMS-SP. You can check the status report from the Statistics page or in the Device Configuration page when troubleshooting on a per-device basis.

Note: If the firmware version for devices running UC Software is lower 5.9.0, the devices can’t report the voice quality (VQ) call ID or call data record (CDR) information to PDMS-SP.
