Portal URL (FQDN) Is Inaccessible

If you are unable to access a RealPresence Web Suite portal using the URL, the web services for that portal may not be running.

Solution:

  • Log in to the portal's restricted shell and confirm that the nginx and rpp-tomcat services are running.
  • Start or restart the services if necessary.
  • If the problem persists and you need to collect logs, use the shell command collect_logs . See the restricted shell commands for more information.
