Unable to Schedule Conference Using a Personal VMR

If the end-user cannot schedule a conference using a personal VMR, then there may be a problem with the Enterprise Directory.

In the RealPresence Web Suite Services Portal, confirm that the Default Admin specified for the connected RealPresence DMA system is an Enterprise Directory administrator on the RealPresence DMA system.

If the local administrator cannot view Enterprise Directory users, then you will be unable to schedule conference using a personal VMR.

Solution:

Confirm that the virtual meeting room exists on the connected RealPresence DMA system. If it exists, consult Polycom Global Services.
