Edit a Scheduled Meeting

When you edit a meeting, all the invited attendees receive an email notifying them of the change.

You can edit only upcoming meetings that you scheduled, and you cannot edit a meeting within five minutes of the meeting start time.

Procedure

  1. From the Open Menu panel in the RealPresence Web Suite Services Portal, click Calendar.
  2. Click next to the meeting you want to edit.
  3. On the Schedule Meeting page, edit the meeting information.
  4. Optionally, upload or delete documents and change meeting options.
  5. Click Update.

    Each invited attendee receives an updated meeting invitation email with the new meeting details.
