Invite Attendees during Meetings

In meetings you join in a web browser, if enabled by your administrator, any meeting attendee (chairperson, participant, or guest) can invite people to join your video conference.


  1. Click Add to open the meeting Details pane.
  2. To send the meeting invite to the people you want to invite to the meeting, do one of the following:
    • Click Copy To Clipboard and paste the meeting details into the body of an email, IM message, calendar invite, or other communication of your choice, and send it to the persons you want to invite to the meeting.

      Your message includes a web link and other information for the meeting. Recipients can click the link to join the meeting by using the RealPresence Web Suite Client in their browser or use the other information to join the meeting using a telephone or other type of hard or soft endpoint (if and where supported).

    • Click Mail invite to create a draft email message with the information automatically populated.
