Verifying Your Endpoint Configurations

If you are not able to make test calls, you should verify that the equipment is correctly installed and set up (your endpoint settings depend on what is provisioned by Zoom).

You can verify that your Polycom endpoint is properly provisioned by double-checking its settings. The following information is not conclusive but may help you troubleshoot or work with your Zoom support representative if you have issues.
